Stir-Fry Sauce

Who loves to try new things?! ME! Well I am very pleased to announce I have successfully made an AMAZING Stir-Fry Sauce without the use of cornstarch! Every sauce I've ever seen always uses cornstarch- we didn't want that. So I made one up, and MAN is it good! It's just like a sweet and sour sauce only better! This is a fabulous dip for egg rolls - pour it over rice or noodles - on your chicken, pork or steak - and over your stir-fry! DELISH!

Stir Fry Sauce:

5 T. Sugar
2 T. Soy Sauce
2 T. Apple Cider Vinegar

4 T. Ketchup

In a small sauce pan heat the sugar, soy sauce and apple cider vinegar until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add the Ketchup. The ketchup makes the sauce thicker and adds delicious flavor!

Pour over your cooked stir fry or use as a sauce on chicken, pork or steak- rice- noodles - steamed veggies etc.
