Crock Pot Turkey Meatloaf

Who loves their crock pot? Who loves meat loaf? Who loves to keep their home cool in the summer?
Me, ME, ME!!
As I've said before I am crazy about my crock pot. I love to make recipes that are compatible with my most favorite kitchen appliance, my crock. During this warm summer season I'm always trying my hardest to keep my home cool. When you bake in the oven, that just doesn't seem to keep the temperature down. So, with my trusty crock at my side we will conquer the heat and try to keep things cool. I actually plug my crock pot in my laundry room and shut the door. This makes it so our "main room" that's attached to our kitchen doesn't scorch us to smithereens!
This meatloaf was fabulous! It was so nice to make it in the early afternoon while the kids were sleeping so I wasn't rushing at dinner time to put food on the table. It kept the house cool and our tummies happy.

Crock Pot Turkey Meatloaf

1 lb. Ground Turkey
1/4 c. Rolled Oats
1/4 c. Dehydrated Chopped Onion
8 Saltine Crackers- smashed
1 tsp. Salt
A few Dashes of Pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 Eggs

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined. In a greased crock pot place the meat mixture and shape into a loaf with your hands. Don't let the meat touch the sides of the crock pot. Spread an even layer of ketchup on top of the meat.

Cook on HIGH for 3 hours or until middle is not pink.
Slice and serve.

Serve with our favorite Whipped Garlic Mashed Potatoes
