Take a package of Turkey Bacon.
Cut it all together into small cubes
Place 1-2 T. Olive oil in a pan.
Cook your bacon cubes in the pan until crisp.
On a plate, sandwich the bacon bits between 2 paper towels to remove excess oil.
Throw on salads, in soups, potatoes, eggs, etc.
