Rich Chocolate "Brownie" Cookies (gluten and milk free)

Don't let the gluten and milk free title scare you away. Everyone who tries these, with or without allergies, LOVE THEM! These are the richest most chocolaty cookies I've ever had! "Richly Scrumptious" are the words I would use to describe these cookies. Maybe delicious, and marvelous too ;)

Rich Chocolate "Brownie" Cookies

3 c. Powdered Sugar
3/4 c. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 T. Corn Starch
3 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 c. Chocolate Chips

Combine powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and corn starch.

Add eggs and vanilla.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Drop by rounds on parchment paper lined cookie sheets.

Bake at 350 for 14 minutes. 

**Cool ON the cookie sheets for 5-10 minutes (If you can stand to)

When ready to eat; Share with family and friends, hide and eat them alone, whatever way you choose to devour these scrumptious cookies, enjoy being you, because that's all that really matters!
