Blended Banana Ice Cream- Strawberry Style

On Wednesday I was talking to a Young Woman of mine while taking her home from our fun pictionary racing activity. Someone at the activity mentioned my blog and all the girls started talking about it. We have 3 diabetics, 2 gluten and wheat intolerant and 3 milk/lactose intolerant Young Women. The Young Woman who I was taking home is one of my gluten allergy girls. Her and her mom have it, and always want to find new food or desserts without gluten. She is very excited to see someone trying new recipes that her family can enjoy together. I have been trying SO hard to come up with delicious desserts and meals to help accommodate these amazing Young Women and people out there who know of someone who has these allergies. I am so glad that there are more and more products made without gluten and lactose. It helps immensely with people who have those allergies. I am going to keep pumping these out people! Because not only are these gluten and lactose free, they have no added sugar and are HEALTHY and DELICIOUS!

Strawberry-Blended Banana Ice Cream

2 Frozen Bananas
3 med-large fresh strawberries
1/2 c. Soy Milk (Almond milk is great too, and so is regular milk. I have tried them all!)

In a blender blend all ingredients together until smooth and to desired thickness! Place into bowls or glasses. Eat with a spoon or drink with a straw! This is a perfect serving size for 2 people. My little girl and I LOVE to share a Banana Ice Cream!
