These pancakes keep you fuller longer and taste DELICIOUS!
Protein Pancakes
1 c. Flour
2 T. Plain Protein Powder
2 T. Sugar
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 egg
1 c. Milk
2 T. Oil
Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Heat a flat pan or skillet over medium/high heat. Lightly grease your flat pan or skillet. Using a 1/4 c. measuring cup, scoop batter and place onto the hot greased surface. When bubbles start to form on top of the batter - flip the pancake over using a spatula. Cook evenly on both sides. Garnish with butter and syrup, or peanut butter and honey! DELISH!
*When using the 1/4 c. measuring cup this recipe makes about 8-10 pancakes.
