Dutch Pancake with Apple Berry Sauce

Breakfast is served.
Made in less than 20 minutes!
Easy and DELICIOUS, not to mention super fancy!

Dutch Pancake

Preheat the oven to 425'.

In a medium bowl whisk together:
4 Eggs
2 tsp. Olive Oil
1 c. Milk

Add:
1 c. Flour
1/2 c. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon

Whisk together until smooth

Pour into a greased 9x13in pan.

Bake at 425 for 15-17 minutes or until puffy and lightly golden brown.

While the Dutch Pancake is cooking, prepare the Apple Berry Sauce.

Apple Berry Sauce

1 1/2 c. Frozen Triple Berries
1 apple - peeled and diced
2 T. Sugar
1 T. Butter

Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Cook on medium- medium/low for 8-10 minute or until apples are tender.
(The apples will turn red due to the triple berry "juice")

When Dutch Pancake is done, cut into slices and top with Apple Berry Sauce.

DELISH!
