It's the season of warm outside weather and barbecues - I LOVE IT! Here is something else I love, NO BAKE DESERTS! These Crunchy Peanut Butter Clusters are a great "no-bake" desert to keep your home cool and soothe your sweet tooth! Check it out, you know you want one!
I recently guest posted these over at Desert Now Dinner Later.
HERE is the original post.
Crunchy Peanut Butter Clusters
In a Medium Sauce Pan bring to boil:
1 c. Sugar
1/4 c. Milk (you can substitute Almond Milk for lactose free cookies)
Remove from heat then add (In Order):
1 c. Creamy Peanut Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 c. Peanuts (I used salted blanched peanuts)
2 c. Cheerios (Add this LAST so the they don't go mushy)
Stir until all combined and drop by rounds on parchment paper, wax paper or freezer paper (slick side).
Let set for 20 minutes. Serve with cold milk. Yumm....
