Crock Pot Taco Salad Steak

I love, Love, LOVE my crock pot! I absolutely love throwing something in in the morning and not worrying about a thing until dinner! Mmm hmmm... that's the BEST!
Our family is BIG fans of taco salads. We wanted to try something a little different with new meat. We normally make our Crock Pot Black Bean Chicken or Crock Santa Fe Chicken but this time we tried steak! YUMMY YUMMY in our Tummies! Take a look!

Crock Pot Taco Salad Steak

1-2 lbs. Steak cut into strips or cubes
1 1/2 c. Beef broth- (I used water and beef bouillon)
1 T. Taco Seasoning
1/2 c. Chunky Salsa

In a greased crock pot place the steak strips/cubes. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the steak, pour the beef broth and salsa over top. Cook on Low for 8 hours or High for 4-5.

When done remove with a slotted spoon and place on a bed of lettuce. YUMMY!

*This is delicious for tacos & enchiladas too!
