Strawberry Banana Milk Parfait

Need a light breakfast? How about trying a Strawberry Banana Milk Parfait? Why milk and not yogurt? I was raised with oats, fruit and milk, no yogurt. Yogurt was a BIG treat! So, this me reminiscing, I loved it back then and still love it now! Not to mention fewer calories! This layered fruit and granola is just the ticket to keeping you happy and healthy. What a way to start the day!




Layer your granola, diced strawberries and sliced bananas in a glass or bowl, cover with milk and dig in!
