Tasty Taco Cups

I AM LOVIN' THESE! What a fun super bowl food, party food, general conference food, appetizer, the list goes on and on. I of course figured out how to do it on my own by trial and error but it worked out GREAT! I was so excited to put these together because we had left over taco meat, healthy homemade tortillas and homemade refried beans (coming soon)! So these were a cinch to put together! And they taste as great as they look! What are you making for a fun food this summer?! TACO CUPS! YAY!

Use a pizza cutter to cut your tortilla in half.
(One tortilla makes 2 taco cup shells)

Make a small slit in the middle of the straight edge to form a "cone" shape.

Over lap the tortilla like so, to fit into your muffin tin cups.

Spray your shells with olive oil cooking spray. Bake your taco cup shells at 400 degrees for 7-8 min. Until golden brown. Keep an eye on your shells to prevent from burning.

Fill your taco shells with your favorite taco fillings! Let everyone make their own to keep them happy in their own taste buds! A fun food to have with company!

Our fillings were:
Taco Meat (Hamburger with taco seasoning and onions)
Refried Beans
Romaine Lettuce
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Sour Cream
Salsa
