Fresh Crumb Green Beans

We love to have this great side dish with our "American Oriental Food". We LOVE fried green beans at restaurants like P.F. Changs or Apple Bees but hate that they are fried. We tried something new to keep from frying the green beans and it was a hit, not to mention super easy.

Fresh Crumb Green Beans

1-2 hand fulls of Fresh Green Beans
1 T. Olive Oil
2 T. Bread Crumbs
Dash of Salt

Wash your greens and pat them dry with a paper towel. Cut off the ends with a knife. In a frying pan heat your tablespoon of olive oil. Place your green beans in the oil and start to cook. Continue to stir and rotate the green beans so all sides get "brown bubbles". When it reaches the "tenderness of approval", place your breadcrumbs on top. Stir quickly to prevent from burning. Dash your salt to taste. Eat them quickly while still hot!

*I like my green beans still with a little crispy crunch so I don't cook mine as long. My husband on the other hand likes them very cooked. It is up to you how long you want to cook your beans! Let me know how they turn out!
